In the Social Club on the Mar Menor Golf Resort you find the pool, the tennis court, exercise room, medical centre, as well as a restaurant/ bar and a supermarket (both open on Sundays).

Mar Menor is a private complex with 24-hour security.

Private 9-hole golf course, another golf course in Torre Pacheco and more golf courses nearby: La Manga, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, Villamartin, La Finca, Campoamor, La Marquesa among others.

The sandy beaches and the lovely boardwalk of Los Alcazares are easily reached by car in 5 minutes. There are some great restaurants in the neighbourhood.

You can reach the Airport Murcia / San Javier in 15 Minutes via the motorway. The capital city Murcia is 30 minutes away and the international Airport Alicante is 60 km away.

Price: From € 70 per night for a house for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, including running costs, linen and towels (plus end of stay cleaning).

There is a Mar Menor Golfresort entrancecard (for the length of your stay), which only allows owners and their guests to enter the golfresort and as well a Polaris World Membership-Card (for the length of your stay). With the membership-card you get special rates at the Social Club (for example: at the restaurant, at the hairdressers ...) and at the Polaris World Petrol Station. The Medical Centre offers massages - price on request. Leisure activities offered at the Social Club are for example: Spanish-language courses, Salsa-dancing-class ...

	Spend your golf-holiday on the "Mar Menor Golf Resort". Stay in a villa front line golf and learn more about the Murcia Region. Our guests can play on the private 9-hole golfcourse. There is a pool and tennis-court at the "Social Club" available for our guests. You can also find a restaurant and bar at the "Social Club", which is in walking distance from the Villa. The Villa "Isla Grosa" (2 semi-detached houses) is in front-line-golf - fairway 2 with centralheating and airconditioning and is brandnew. Semi-detached house with: 1 living room with fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1x double, 2x single each with built-in closet), 1 bathroom plus 1 guest toilet. 3 terraces (breakfast terrace with sunlit, sunbathing terrace and covered terrace on the gardenside with sun till dusk), private garden und car parking area. Amenities: Livingroom with leather sofa (3-seater + 2-seater), spanish-wood bureau with SAT-TV, fully equipped kitchen with refrigarator/freezer, dishwasher, washingmachine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and other items such as electric iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc.).
